Apple is known to provide restricted yet very stable operating system on different platforms. In the smartphone industry, Apple’s iOS was considered to be the most stable and bug-free OS. Last year Apple unveiled its new version of iOS i.e. iOS 11. We all know that iOS 11 is one of the most unstable and unsuccessful version of Apple. Right from the initial release, we got a bunch of reports which says that every iOS 11 update is bringing a new bug. Now today we got to know about a new bug in iOS 11 which is very weird, but it is there.
All Apple devices that are running on latest public iOS 11.1 are facing issues on several messaging apps with one specific letter. Telugu letter ‘జ్ఞా’ is creating a lot of instability in several messaging apps like default SMS app, iMessage, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. If you open a message or group chat which has this Telugu letter, than the particular app will stop responding and will make the phone unusable and laggy. Though this issue is already being solved in Beta version of iOS 11.3 update. And surely they will fix this issue on stable version very soon. But the positive part here is that this bug is not seen in some apps like Telegram and Skype. If you want to get rid of this bug, then move on to iOS Beta version or wait for an official stable release. Or don’t open any message from those groups or messages which contains the same Telugu letter.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. All the Apple users using iOS 11.1 on their device(s), what is your experience with this bug? Did your friends still sending you the same alphabet to tease you? On a serious note, what are your thoughts on Apple after this buggy iOS 11? Share your experiences in the comment section below.
