The software department of OnePlus is popular for incredible user interface and timely software updates, now the company has started rolling out the OxygenOS 15.0.0.800 update for the OnePlus 11. The broader rollout of the new software update will happen over the next few days.
In the latest update, you will be getting partial screen recording and the same will enable you to record just a selected part of the screen. You can now connect to the device with a Mac as well. This particular feature will enable you view files from your phone on the Mac and transfer files between the two devices.
The update has also made some system improvements including a new “stack view” layout is added to the Recent Tasks screen and you can enable the settings or disable by going to Settings > Home screen & Lock screen > Recent tasks manager. The company has also improved the Gesture controls for closing floating windows, and the shadows around floating windows have been made smoother.
Moreover, the latest update is also bringing the April 2025 Android security patch. The update will be available via OTA and if you didn’t receive the notification then check for the update manually by opening the settings app.
