The OnePlus 12 is one of the highly anticipated smartphones and the same is expected to be announced in the month of December in China. It was recently reported that the company will be launching the device globally in February around the same launching timeline as the OnePlus 11 but today we got a new piece of information which is suggesting that the company will launch the device globally earlier than the expected lost timeline.
According to the latest information, the company will be launching the upcoming OnePlus 12 smartphone in January in the global market which means the device will be official globally one month earlier than the OnePlus 11 smartphone.

It is expected that the smartphone will feature the same display as the OnePlus 11, which means the upcoming device will offer a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display along with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The company will be offering the device with LTPO technology for an adaptive refresh rate as well.
Speaking about the camera department, the upcoming OnePlus 12 is reported to feature a 50MP main sensor with OIS on the back along with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and an OIS-enabled 64MP telephoto sensor on the board with 3x optical zoom. The device will be coming with a 32MP selfie camera as well. The camera department of the device will have a Hasselblad camera system onboard.
Under the hood, the upcoming OnePlus 12 will reportedly be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor along with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
It is also said that the device will be housing a massive 5,400mAh battery along with 100W wired charging and also support 50W wireless charging. The device will be running on Android 14 out of the box.
