OnePlus is sharing more and more details of the upcoming OnePlus 15 before it’s official announcement and the device will be announced on October 27 in China. Today the company has confirmed the battery and the charging details of the device and it is housing the largest battery ever on a OnePlus smartphone.
The upcoming OnePlus 15 is confirmed to house a massive 7,300mAh battery along with 120W wired charging, bypass charging, and 50W wireless charging. The company has already confirmed that the device will come with a 6.78-inch X3 OLED panel supplied by BOE along with a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. It is revealed that the device will come with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
It is confirmed that the OnePlus 15 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile processor and it is expected to come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM along with 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The device will also feature a dedicated P3 display chip.
The upcoming device will be coming with the latest Android 16 operating system and the device is expected to feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700 main camera alongside two 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 sensors for ultra-wide and periscope telephoto cameras.
