The device is confirmed to come with improved battery capacity but the executive did not reveal the exact capacity. Li Jie revealed that the upcoming OnePlus 15T will feature a new LUMO periscope telephoto lens and the same promises notable improvements in both hardware and image processing.
Recently, leaked image suggested that the device will come in a white colour option and its features a minimalist rear design with a raised rectangular camera island placed at the top left corner. The camera module houses a vertically arranged dual-camera system, with an LED flash positioned on the left side.
The device is confirmed to come with a 50 megapixel periscope telephoto camera sensor on the back. The recently leaked image of the device suggested that it will feature a dual-camera setup placed inside a pill-shaped module, which itself sits within a larger rectangular camera module.
It was previously reported that the company will launch the device with a 50MP Sony Lytia 700 main sensor with OIS along with a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 telephoto lens. The device is also expected to feature a 6.3 inch display along with a 1.5K resolution panel and a 165Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile processor and it will house a large 7,000mAh battery.
The device is expected to come with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, slim bezels, and fast wired charging. The device will be running on the Android 16 operating system out of the box.
