Android Oreo is getting into news constantly, just after the launch. Earlier this month we got a leaked screenshot of Closed Beta update of Android Oreo on OnePlus 3. Also we are supposing that Open Beta update for OnePlus 3 and 3T will rollout anytime soon, maybe in 1st week of October. But what about OnePlus 5? Well today we have some progress for OnePlus 5 as well.
Today the OnePlus 5 got leaked on Geekbench, well the new thing here is that the phone is running on Android 8.0.0 Oreo. Now that seems interesting as we haven’t seen any leak like this for any other smartphone than Pixel phones. The single core score is 1837, while multi core score is 6085. Do note that this is most probably the Beta build which is running on a OnePlus official developer’s phone. So the scores are not what you are expecting. Also the variant which they used here is 6GB RAM variant.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. It’s nice to see what a growing company OnePlus is trying good for providing faster software updates to there phones. We are expecting a Beta built for OnePlus 5 Oreo update to release along with Open Beta release of OnePlus 3 & 3T. Stay tuned with us for more information.
