OnePlus 6T Announced In India Starting From ₹3_,999 !!!

Yesterday OnePlus unveiled their new flagship smartphone of 2018, the OnePlus 6T. This was a considerable upgrade over current flagship killer OnePlus 6. Now today, the company has announced this new flagship in India. But before we jump into the information we got from today’s event, head over to this LINK for detailed specifications. That’s because here we will only talk about the thing which is different from yesterday’s event i.e. pricing.

OnePlus revealed the base variant price of OnePlus 6T in the United States yesterday i.e. $549. It translates to approximately ₹40,000, which certainly means a jump of ₹5,000 ($68). This is surely a big jump for a ‘T’ series smartphone. In various tech communities, people were disappointed with the price. But in today’s launch event at Mumbai, OnePlus announced the actual price of the device. And I am happy to say that the OnePlus 6T is not priced that much high. Below is the price information of OnePlus 6T along with separate OnePlus goodies that’s announced at today’s event:

  • OnePlus 6T 6 + 128GB variant : ₹37,999 ($516)
  • OnePlus 6T 8 + 128GB variant : ₹41,999 ($571)
  • OnePlus 6T 8 + 256GB variant : ₹45,999 ($625)
  • OnePlus Bullet Type-C Earphones : ₹1,490 ($20)
  • OnePlus Explorer Backpack : ₹4,990 ($68)

If we compare the price of base variant i.e. with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage from the US price, there’s a significant difference of around ₹2,000 i.e. $27. But other two higher variants are almost similar, just the difference of few cents. Personally speaking the 6GB variant is most value for money amongst all these. Not just in terms of pricing, but also because this one also has 128GB internal storage. So spending ₹5,000 just for RAM is not a wise choice. Below is the list of availability of OnePlus 6T:

  • It will be available from 2nd November from Amazon India,, OnePlus Stores, Croma Stores, and Reliance Digital.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. What are your thoughts on this pricing?? Share your thoughts in the comment section below. Also stay tuned with us for more information.
