The OnePlus 7 series leak saga is unstoppable at this point, because the launch of this series is 12 days ahead. As of now, we have a good idea of design and specs of both OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. We also have an unsettling idea of both these devices. But today we have a new report which suggests the Indian pricing of OnePlus 7 with it’s own calculations. So let’s find out.
A new report suggests that the price of OnePlus 7 will be around Rs.39,500 for the base variant. The maths behind this price is the price hike percentage of every OnePlus smartphone from the past 2 years. According to the report OnePlus increases the price of their every flagship by 12.6 %. Adding 12.6% of OnePlus 6’s price of Rs.34,999 sums up to Rs.37,999, the price of OnePlus 6T. So going through this logic we can say that OnePlus is still in sub 30-40k price range, but only for its base variant.
The source mentioned the price margin percentage of four brands; OnePlus, Apple, Samsung, and Google. Apple has a price increase of 20% every year, Samsung has 8% that’s lowest amongst all, and finally, Google has 11.7% price hike every year. OnePlus is near Google but far away from Apple.
