The popular flagship maker OnePlus is gearing up to launch the latest and greatest OnePlus 8 series and the company will launch the new devices on April 14. Having said that, we already came across many leaks and rumours and that includes the specification details but today both the smartphone surfaced online again with the complete specification details. OnePlus 8
Let’s start with the vanilla variant, and the new source says that it will feature a 6.56 inch Fluid AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate as well as a 20:9 aspect ratio. We already know that the device will have a punch hole design at the left corner of the screen and it will also come with 402 PPI pixel density along with the protection of gorilla glass and HDR10+. It is also said that the upcoming device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with 8/12 GB LPDDR4X RAM, and the same will have 128/256GB UFS 3.0 internal storage.
Moving to the photography department, the upcoming OnePlus 8 will have a triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor with f/1.75 aperture, OIS, EIS, followed by a 16MP ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture 116-degree FOV, 2MP macro f/2.4 aperture, 1.75μm pixel size with PDAF and dual-LED flash. The smartphone also supports in-display fingerprint scanner and also comes with stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos support.
Speaking about the software department, the smartphone will boot on OxygenOS which will be based on Android 10 and the device will also come with new dark mode 2.0. It will pack on 4,300 mAh battery with 30W Warp Charge 30T support. Finally, the device will available in Onyx Black (Glossy), Glacial Green (Matte), Interstellar Glow (Glossy).
OnePlus 8 Pro
Coming to the Pro variant, it will feature a 6.78 inch Fluid AMOLED display with 3168 x 1440 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate as well as a 19:8:9 aspect ratio. We already know that the device will have a punch hole design at the left corner of the screen and it will also come with 513 PPI pixel density along with the protection of gorilla glass and HDR10+. The same will also offer Adaptive Display and MEMC.
It is also said that the upcoming device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with 8/12 GB LPDDR5 RAM, and the same will have 128/256GB UFS 3.0 internal storage.
