The back panel of the device is having a massive circular camera module and the same blends into the edge. The camera also has a particle design on the edge of its lens and the back panel of the device is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5. The device is also featuring an alert slider.

OnePlus is offering the OnePlus Ace 2 smartphone with a 6.74 inch AMOLED display along with a 1.5K resolution, 1450 nits of peak brightness, 100 percent DCI P3 color gamut, 1440Hz high frequency PWM dimming, Asahi Glass AGC protection, and adaptive refresh rate up to 120Hz (also supports 90Hz, 60Hz, 45Hz, and 40Hz). Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor along with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. It is also coming with 5177mm² eight channel heat dissipation VC cooling.
The OnePlus Ace 2 also supports 12 high performance esports antennas and LinkBoost 4.0 network optimizations for improved networking stability and connection when gaming. The device is also coming with the game frame stabilization engine 2.0 to optimize game screen.
It is housing a massive 5,000mAh battery along with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging technology. The device is also featuring stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos support, it is also supporting spatial audio. It supports an in-display fingerprint scanner for an additional layer of security. The device is running on Android 13 OS with ColorOS 13 out of the box.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest OnePlus Ace 2 features a triple camera setup on the back panel and that is in the combination of a 50 megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor that also supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and has a 1/1.56 inch size and f/1.8 aperture along with an 8 megapixel ultra wide angle lens (120 degree, f/2.2 aperture), and a 2 megapixel macro camera (f/2.4 aperture). It is also featuring a 16 megapixel front facing camera. Regarding the connectivity of options, the device supports 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type C among others.
Pricing and availability
The OnePlus Ace 2 with 12GB + 256GB variant is having a price tag of 2,799 Yuan while the 16GB + 512GB version has a price tag of 3,099 Yuan. It will be available in China from February 13 and it is worth mentioning that this device will be official globally as the OnePlus 11R later today.
