OnePlus will be launching the new OnePlus Ace 3 smartphone in the market of China on January 4 and the company is slowly revealing more and more details about the upcoming phone through various teasers. OnePlus Ace 3 is confirmed to feature a “rain touch” display and the same will enable you to use the device even with water drops on the screen. The device will also come with a ProXDR panel that supports Photon Matrix Display Technology
It will be coming with a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back panel and the company has teased to feature Ultra-Clear Image Quality algorithm, Hyperlight tech, and shadow image algorithm. It is also confirmed that the company will be hosting Pop-Up event for the upcoming device on January 6 2024.
During the event, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pop-Up Limited Edition Backpack, OnePlus Ace 3 Pop-Up Limited Edition Knitted Hat, OnePlus Ace 3 Pop-Up Limited Edition Notebook, and the Genshin Impact Slime Gel Pen will also be showcased.
The company has already confirmed that the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3 smartphone will feature a 6.78-inch OLED panel supplied by BOE along with 1.5K resolution. It will also come with the X1-series 8T LTPO panel along with features including a P1 display chip, 800 nits of manual peak brightness, 1,600 nits of global peak brightness, and up to 4,500 nits of maximum brightness. The display of the device will feature a 120Hz refresh rate and it will also come with a punch-hole display along with curved edges.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3 is expected to come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor along with a 5,000mAh battery with 100W charging. The device will come with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage.
It will feature a 16-megapixel front camera while the back panel of the device will come with a 50-megapixel (IMX890 with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro). The device will be running on Android 14 out of the box.
