OnePlus will be launching the new is launching the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra and OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition in China on May 27 and now the company has revealed some camera details of the upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra smartphone. The device is confirmed to feature Sony’s IMX906 flagship sensor as its primary camera. The sensor will be supported by advanced image processing algorithms.
The device will be coming with a 50-megapixel sensor with a large 1/1.56-inch size and 4-in-1 pixel binning technology. It can offer an effective 2.0μm pixel size. The sensor can offer better photos in low light conditions and it can improve dynamic range, and the sensor is capable to capture detailed textures with higher accuracy.
It will also support features including Shadow-Free Snapshot that can reduce motion blur and improve clarity while capturing fast-moving subjects or in mixed lighting. The device also supports Live Photos that will keep short moments with motion and sound, and a portrait mode.
The company has previously confirmed that the device will come with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ mobile processor and it will include two other chips such as a Lingxi touch control chip that supports a 3000Hz touch response rate and a G1 Wi-Fi gaming chip. The device will also come with a 6.83-inch flat esports display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
