OnePlus Customers report Credit Card fraud after purchasing from company’s website

OnePlus Customers have reported fraudulent credit card activity when they use Company’s website to purchase products.

The OnePlus website is at risk that, customer reports a credit card fraud after getting products from the official website. Customers then urged to check their bank statement and reached their banks. This affects the customers trust on OnePlus. Several customers took this issue to Reddit and the cases of transactions are made without the customer’s knowledge.

One of the customers reported as someone order Papa John’s Pizza for $200 worth.Transactions like these may lead to serious financial crime without customers knowledge. OnePlus confirmed that it will investigate the issue and do whatever necessary to refund customers money.

OnePlus also reported that the company doesn’t store the credit card information on its website, it is sent to OnePlus “ PCI-DSS- compliant payment processing partner over an encrypted customer. However, the company said that it will investigate this issue and stops any future suspicious purchase. Hope this stops here right now.
