The newly announced OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro features a unique design with marble-mallow keycaps made of a patented thermoplastic elastomer. It is having an aluminum body and the gasket is designed for a more refined typing experience. It will also offer good sound which will satisfy as well. The OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro mechanical keyboard is also coming with a built-in holder as well as customizable options like hot-swappable switches and open-source firmware.
Having said that, the popular Chinese maker has joined its hand with Keychron to bring compatibility with multiple operating systems, including macOS, Windows, and Linux, to their newly announced keyboard.
OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro mechanical keyboard is having two connectivity modes such as Bluetooth and wired, the company is offering an Alert Slider-style toggle button to switch between the connectivity options. It is supporting Bluetooth 5.1 and the same offers up to 10m of connectivity range.
Speaking about the battery, the OnePlus Keyboard 81 Pro has a 4,000mAh battery and it is said to last up to 100 hours at the lowest brightness setting. The device is having a USB Type-C port for wired connection and charging.
Regarding the colour options, the latest OnePlus 81 Pro Keyboard is announced in gray, dark, and light.
The company is yet to reveal the pricing information of the mechanical keyboard but it is confirmed that the device will be available in the month of April this year.
