The popular Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus has made a reshuffle at the executive level in India, and the company made a way for Robin Liu to return to head its operations in India.
The new decision of the company comes amidst a boycott from offline retailers and the Indian government’s push for local talent in leadership roles. It is worth mentioning that Robin Liu previously served as the head of sales for OnePlus India.
The company has also changed other executives including Samrudh Pai, formerly head of offline business, and Ranjeet Singh, sales director. Singh has been reassigned to lead the online sales channel.
