OnePlus is a smartphone company that is known to offer smartphones that could rival the status quo of the Apple iPhones and the Samsung Galaxy S-Series smartphones. But this year, OnePlus changed their strategy to launch not one but three affordable smartphones under the Nord Series. Following the launch of OnePlus 8T, the company is back with two new smartphones called OnePlus Nord N10 5G and Nord N100 under the Nord label.
The OnePlus Nord N10 5G is the OnePlus Nord with some changes. The processor and the display technology gets a downgrade. On the other hand, the OnePlus Nord N100 is a budget offering with a resemblance to the Oppo A33 for the European market. This model lacks 5G connectivity to keep the price in check. Let us see the detailed specifications of both smartphones.
OnePlus Nord N10 5G
It features a 6.4-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and the same features a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 SoC, and the same is matted with 6GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device supports 128GB and that can be expandable via microSD card.
Moving to the photography department, the latest OnePlus Nord N10 5G rocks quad rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel sensor with a 119-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, the smartphone offers a 16-megapixel sensor. The smartphone is also coming with a fingerprint scanner at the back along with the face unlock to provide an extra layer of security.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5G (sub 6 GHz), 4G, GPS/ A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. It is backed by a 4,300mAh battery and can be charged with Warp Charge 30T charger from the company. It runs on OxygenOS 10.5 based on Android 10.
OnePlus Nord N10 5G is priced at €329 and will be available in Midnight Ice Colour.
OnePlus N100
It features a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD display with 900 X 1,600 pixels resolution along with a 90Hz refresh rate, it also sports a punch-hole at the left corner of the screen. It is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC, and the same is paired with 4GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device supports 64GB and can be expandable via microSD card.
Moving to the photography department, the latest OnePlus N100 rocks triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 13-megapixel primary sensor followed by a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and lastly a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, the smartphone offers 8-megapixel sensor, the smartphone is also coming with a fingerprint scanner along with the face unlock to provide an extra layer of security.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and the same runs on OxygenOS 10.5 based on Android 10.
The OnePlus N100 is priced at €180. It will be available in Midnight Frost Colour. Both smartphones will go on sale next month across Europe and in the US at a later date.
