OnePlus is gearing up to launch multiple products in the Nord series and the company yesterday confirmed to launch its new truly wireless earphones called the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r in India. Now the company has added fuel to the fire of excitement by teasing 2 new smartphones in the series.
The smartphone brand has created a microsite on its official website and the same is confirming that there will be three new devices coming in the Nord series and that includes two new phones and one TWS earphone. The company did not reveal the name of the upcoming smartphones as the devices are listed as New Nord #1 and New Nord #2.
OnePlus is also yet to reveal the launch date of the upcoming smartphones but we believe that the devices will be official on July 5 along with the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r truly wireless earphones.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming devices are expected to be dubbed the OnePlus Nord 3 5G and Nord CE 3. It is reported that the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 smartphone is codenamed Vitamin and the same will be featuring a 6.74-inch display along with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is said to be powered by a Dimensity 9000 processor along with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM.
While the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 3 is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 950 nits peak brightness. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 782 mobile processor along with up to 12GB RAM and virtual RAM support.
It is reported that both the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 and Nord CE 3 will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery along with 80W VOOC fast charging. The devices are said to feature a 50MP main sensor on the back along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. The Nord CE 3 will support 4K recording at 30fps. Both devices are tipped to feature NFC, an X-Axis Linear motor, and an IR blaster. They will ship with OxygenOS 13.1 out o the box.
The OnePlus Nord 3 smartphone is said to feature a 16MP selfie camera along with dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 4129.8mm(sq) VC cooling chamber, and an alert slider.
