According to the benchmarking website, the upcoming OnePlus Open folding phone will come with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor along with 16GB of RAM on the board.
The benchmarking website also confirms that the device will be running on the Android 13 operating system out of the box. We believe that the device will get the new Android 14 very soon.
It has scored 2014 points in the single-core test and 5463 multi-core test of Geekbench 6. As for Geekbench 5 results, it has scored up to 1489 points on the single-core test and 4800 on the multi-core test.
Based on the previous reports, the device features a fold lifecycle of 400,000 times and the same is equivalent to 100 folds a day for a period of 10 years. This information suggests that the upcoming device will last for a long time which is pretty impressive and a great piece of information for the fans of folding devices.
The device could feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate while the inner display will feature a large 7.8-inch AMOLED screen along with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

It is also expected to house a 4,800mAh battery along with 67W fast charging and the device will be running on Android 13 with OxygenOS 13.1 out of the box.
