OnePlus hosted its first ever “Open Ears” Community Event to get feedback and suggestions about their company services and products.
In this event, OnePlus got a wide range of feedbacks regarding the products, Servies and the future of OnePlus. The feedback was gathered from thirty people who were divided into six groups and after hours of discussions, OnePlus has finalized six commitments that it will work on to be in Customers heart.
- OnePlus will work FileDash to make it even easier to compatible with other OnePlus applications.
- The OnePlus switch app will be updated in a while for enhanced Data backup and also desktop backup functions.
- The Selfie Portrait mode on OnePlus 5 and 5T will be improved.
- There will be some minute corrections on Oil Painting Effect.
- Google Lens Support will be given an open beta update for OnePlus 5 and 5T.
- The shelf will be added accent colors along with Dark theme support.
