According to the reliable source DCS, the company will be using the dual-cell batteries for its upcoming OnePlus phones. These include a 7,300mAh battery, a 7,650mAh unit, and a 7,800mAh battery, and all of them will be supporting 100W fast charging.
The source did not reveal the names of the devices but it is believed that the devices with 7,300mAh and 7,800mAh batteries will be dubbed the OnePlus 15 and Ace 5. Both devices are expected to be announced this month in the markets of China.
It is believed that these phones will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Snapdragon 8 Elite chipsets, respectively. While the device with a 7,650mAh battery could be the OnePlus Turbo.
The source says that all the devices will come with an OLED panel along with a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. While the OnePlus Turbo is expected to come with the power of the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. This chip is officially confirmed to feature a 3.8GHz prime core and 3.32GHz performance cores along with a new Adreno GPU.
