OnePlus officially confirmed that it will be launching a folding smartphone in the third quarter of this year and the company has trademarked the OnePlus V Fold and V Flip at the China National Intellectual Property Administration. Well, now the renders of the upcoming OnePlus V Fold appear online and the same is revealing the designing setup. So without making any further delay let’s get into the article to check out the details.
The newly surfaced CAD-based renders of the upcoming OnePlus V Fold offer a first look at the device and we have a look from all angles. We can see that the upcoming OnePlus V Fold is having a tall form factor and the same is looking similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold. The external screen of the device features a punch-hole cutout at the centre position of the screen while the inner display is having the cut out at the top left corner. The device is coming with thin bezels around both displays and the same is suggesting a large screen-to-body ratio.
We can see that the upcoming OnePlus V Fold is quite slimmer and the device is in black colour option with the leather back panel and it is having a protruding circular camera module with Hasselblad branding.
The camera module is housing camera sensors and a periscope lens. The device is also coming with the signature alert slider and volume rocker buttons on the right edge while the top as well as bottom side of the device is having two speaker grilles. The bottom side of the device is also having a USB-C port as well.
We don’t have any information about the specifications of the device at the moment of time but we are looking forward to learn more about the same in the coming months and we recommend you to stay tuned with us for more updates from the world of technology.
