Back in last month, CEO of Oppo revealed that the company will launch the first 5G smartphone in this year and that the company also showcase the prototype of its upcoming 5G smartphone. Well, today we got the information which says that the Chinese smartphone brand successfully received the green signal from the 5G CE certification website.
Oppo announced that its first 5G smartphone has successfully passed 5G CE tests conducted by Sporton International, and that’s a global inspection services authority. Furthermore, the 5G phone is also the first multi-frequency, multi-mode, and multi-EN-DC combination 5G smartphone to be approved by the CTC.
The upcoming Oppo’s 5G smartphone is powered by the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, and the smartphone will be paired with the Qualcomm’s X50 5G modem, along with the integration of RF (radio frequency) transceiver and RF front-end solutions.
