Early this week, the Chinese smartphone brand Oppo unveiled a brand new budget oriented device called the Oppo A1k. Well, now we got new information which suggests that the device is heading to the Indian market and the company may launch the device on May 2.
According to the source, the Oppo A1k will be available in the market of India and the smartphone will have the price tag of ₹7,990. Furthermore, the source claims that the smartphone will available through offline stores.
Specifications of Oppo A1k
The smartphone sports a 6.1 inch HD+ display with 1560 X 720 pixels resolution along with a waterdrop notch on the top of the display and it is protected with Gorilla Glass 3. The device is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Helio P22 processor and paired with 2GB of RAM along with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. In terms of storage, the device has 32GB of internal storage and that can be expandable upto 256 GB with micro SD card.
Coming to the camera department, the Oppo A1k sports 8MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, along with 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. Unfortunately, the device does not have the fingerprint scanner which means users of this device have to stick on the traditional security features.
For connectivity, the smartphone supports Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/GLONASS, Micro USB Port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and FM Radio. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with ColorOS 6.0 atop, and ships on 4,000 mAh battery to keep the lights on.
