The devices are confirmed to be announced on March 18 in China and the official teasers of the Oppo A5 and A5 Vitality Edition suggest that these devices will feature IP66/68/69 ratings and start at 1,000 Yuan. Both phones are already listed for pre-orders through the online Oppo store in China.
It is revealed that the upcoming Oppo A5 will be available in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB storage options. The device will be available in black, blue, and pink colour options and the device is believed to be the Oppo PKQ110, which was recently approved by the TENAA authority in China.
The TENAA listing reveals that the phone will come with a 6.7-inch OLED FHD+ display and the device will house a large 6,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The device is expected to come with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. The device is believed to feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary lens, the device also has an 8-megapixel front facing camera.
While the upcoming Oppo A5 Vitality Edition will be available in 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB storage options. The device will available in black, green, and pink colour options. This device is believed to be the PKV110 phone listed in TENAA’s database, and the same will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip.
The device will feature a 6.67-inch LCD HD+ screen and a 5,800mAh battery with 45W charging. The device will come with the same camera specifications as the vanilla variant.
