The Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has officially introduced its latest Oppo A5 Pro smartphone in the markets of China. The Oppo A5 Pro has a 6.7-inch FHD+ quad-curved AMOLED display with 2412×1080 pixels resolution along with a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1200 nits, and 2160Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming.
Under the hood, the Oppo A5 Pro is powered by the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset along with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device runs on Android 15 with ColorOS 15.
Speaking about the camera department, the Oppo A5 Pro features a 50MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS, a 2MP monochrome sensor on the back, and a 16MP front camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
The phone houses a 6000mAh battery with 80W SuperVooc fast charging, the device has IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings. It is the industry’s first phone to pass 14 comprehensive military-standard environmental tests as well.
It also includes stereo dual speakers, high-energy outdoor mode, and NFC. The phone also debuts Oppo’s Hunter Antenna Architecture which improves signal reception.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the Oppo A5 Pro has a starting price of 1,999 yuan and the same will be available in China from December 27th.
