The very popular smartphone player Oppo has launched a new device in its ‘A series’ and it is dubbed as Oppo A92 which is simply a rebranded version of Oppo A72 which was unveiled last month. The company has announced the device in the market of Malaysia.
Specifications of Oppo A92
The smartphone features a 6.5 inch display with the 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution along with a punch hole set up at the top left corner of the screen and it also offers a 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is also powered by an Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and that is paired with 8GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device comes with 128 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable via microSD card.
Moving to the camera department of the new Oppo A92, it rocks quad camera setup at back and that is in the combination of a 48 megapixel primary sensor along with an 8 megapixel ultrawide sensor, followed by 2 megapixel depth sensor, and a 2 megapixel macro sensor, the device also comes with a 16 megapixel front facing camera. The smartphone also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for the extra layer of security.
Regarding the connectivity options, the Oppo A92 supports Wi-Fi, LTE, GPS, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. It runs Android 10 with ColourOS 7.1 on top, and the smartphone is backed on a huge 5,000 mAh battery to keep the lights on.
Pricing and availability
The smartphone is priced at MYR 1,200 the device will available in the market of Malaysia from May 9.
