Oppo Find X5 series is the upcoming flagship offering of the popular Chinese smartphone brand Oppo and the smartphone series is making noise for the past couple of days and now the company has officially revealed the launching date.Â
The smartphone brand has officially revealed that the upcoming smartphone series will be official on February 24 and the devices will be announced via an online event.Â
Oppo Find X5Â
It is expected that the vanilla variant of the smartphone series will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 mobile processor and it will run on ColorOS 12.1 out of the box. It will offer a 6.55-inch 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7 protection.
It is also reported that the device will feature a triple rear camera setup and that will be in the combination of two 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensors to work as a primary camera and an ultra-wide and the same will also support optical image stabilization. It will also feature a 13-megapixel telephoto lens capable of 5x hybrid zoom and 20x digital zoom. The device will also feature a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 front facing sensor. The camera department of the smartphone will come with Hasselblad tuning along with the newly developed MariSilicon X Imaging NPU for image processing and AI-based applications and enhancements.
It will house a 4800mAh battery with 80W fast charging support and wireles charging. It is also reported that the device will support 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC. The device will also feature dust and water resistance. The device is also reported to be priced around 1000 Euros.Â

It is expected that the upcoming Oppo Find X5 Pro will feature a 6.7-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED 2K display with 10-bit HDR along with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also said that the device will feature an in-screen fingerprint sensor and the display of the smartphone will be protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
The upcoming device will be powered by the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC along with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and this particular variant is for the European market. The device will not support MicroSD card.
It is believed that the company has joined its hand with Hasselblad for the camera setup of the upcoming device and the Oppo Find X5 Pro will feature two 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensors and the same will work as its primary and ultrawide camera. The primary camera of the upcoming smartphone features an 80-degree FOV along with an F/1.7 aperture, while the ultrawide sensor of the device comes with an F/2.2 aperture. Both primary and ultrawide cameras will also support optical image stabilization as well. It will also feature a 13-megapixel telephoto lens with an F/2.4 aperture and that will also provide 5x hybrid zoom and 20x digital zoom.
The device omits laser assist and ToF systems for autofocus and the upcoming smartphone will also feature the newly developed MariSilicon X Imaging NPU for image processing and AI-based applications along with enhancements.
It is also reported that the device will feature a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor at the front and the same will also support a 90-degree field of view. It is also said that the upcoming smartphone will support 5G along with WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC.
The report claims that the upcoming Oppo Find X5 Pro smartphone will house a 5000mAh battery with an 80W fast charging solution. The device is also said to feature an IP68 rating and it is also believed that the company will offer the smartphone with Android 12 out of the box. The device is also reported to feature a pair of stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
