It is officially confirmed that Oppo will be launching its new flagship lineup on January 8, 2024, and the devices will be official in the market of China. Apart from that, the company has listed the upcoming devices on its official online store and that confirms the members of the series. The leaks were correct as it is confirmed that the upcoming smartphone series will include the Oppo Find X7 as well as Find X7 Ultra smartphones and there will be no Pro variant.
The official listings of both devices reveal the storage options and colour options. It is confirmed that the vanilla variant will be available in the storage options including 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage. It is also confirmed that the device will be available in the colour options like Starry Sky Black, Sea and Sky, Desert Moon Silver, and Smokey Purple.
On the other hand, the upcoming Oppo Find X7 Ultra will be available in 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. The device is also confirmed to be available in the colour options like Pine Shadow Ink, Sea and Sky, and Desert Moon Silver.
Based on the previous reports, the devices will feature a similar design language and they will come with a punch-hole set up on the top of the screen with curved edges and a dual-tone back panel with a massive camera module.
The upcoming Oppo Find X7 is expected to feature a triple-camera setup while the Oppo Find X7 Ultra has a quad-camera setup. It is also believed that the upcoming Ultra variant will be the world’s first smartphone to come with dual periscope telephoto cameras on the board. It is also believed to be the first-ever phone to arrive with the one-inch Sony LYT-900 50-megapixel camera sensor as the primary sensor.
Oppo is also believed to launch a third variant called the Oppo Find X7 Ultra Satellite Communication Version and the same will be supporting two-way satellite communication.
