Oppo will be launching multiple new devices including the new Oppo Find X8 Ultra in China on April 10, alongside the Find X8s, Pad 4 Pro tablet, Watch X2 Mini, Enco Free 4 earbuds, and Mag series of accessories. The upcoming Oppo Find X8 Ultra has already been the subject of numerous leaks, and we have a clear idea about the device. Now the full camera specifications of the device appear online. According to DCS, the upcoming Oppo Find X8 Ultra is reported to feature a quad-camera setup with native focal lengths—no digital cropping involved. The device will feature a 50MP LYT900 main sensor (23mm, f/1.8), a JN5 ultra-wide lens, a 50MP LYT700 periscope telephoto lens with 3x zoom (70mm, f/2.1), and a 50MP LYT600 periscope telephoto lens with 6x zoom (135mm, f/3.1).
The upcoming Oppo Find X8 Ultra is also reported to come with a 32MP front-facing camera. The company has also confirmed that the device will come with a new “super crystalline blue glass” lens on the main sensor and the same is capable to enhance infrared cut-off efficiency by 81%, that will improve the image quality.
It will come with a circular camera module with dual periscope telephoto lenses positioned at the top and right. The primary and ultra-wide cameras will be housed alongside a central Hasselblad logo, and the device will feature an LED flash at the top-left corner.
The upcoming Oppo Find X8 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile processor along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
It is also reported to feature a 6.82-inch flat 2K LTPO AMOLED display made using BOE’s advanced X2 material and LIPO. The device will also feature a 120Hz refresh rate and the phone will house a large 6,100mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The device is also believed to feature IP68/IP69-certified durability along with satellite communication and this particular feature will be available only on the 1TB variant. The device is also said to support an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and the device will feature a dedicated physical shutter button.
