However, the reliable tipster Digital Chat Station recently suggested that the “Find X8 Mini” was merely a placeholder name. Now, the latest leak reveals the important details of the device.
The source says that the 6.3-inch variant will indeed be named the Oppo Find X8S and there is no information about the official branding for the 6.6-inch model. It is said that the Oppo Find X8S will feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with a thickness of under 8.15mm. The device is expected to feature a weight of less than 187g and it will feature ultra-narrow bezels measuring under 1.38mm.
Oppo is expected to launch the upcoming Oppo Find X8S with a battery exceeding 5,700mAh, and it will also support wireless charging. The device will come with IP certification for water and dust resistance, and the device will feature Hasselblad-branded periscope zoom imaging.
The upcoming Oppo Find X8S is expected to come with the power of the forthcoming MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9400+ chipset, along with a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x zoom.
It is also expected that the device will feature 80W wired charging along with 50W wireless charging, and the device will also come with the new push-type Magic Cube hardware key instead of an Alert Slider.
