The popular Chinese smartphone brand Oppo is currently working on its next generation flagship smartphone series dubbed the Oppo Find X9 series and the same is expected to be announced either in October or November this year. Having said that, the vanilla variant and the Pro variant will be announced this year and the Ultra variant will be launched in the early days of next year. Today the top of most executives of the company have dismissed the rumour about the upcoming Oppo Find X9 Ultra.
Digital Chat Station recently reported that the company might be dropping the resolution in the next generation Oppo Find X9 Ultra, than the previous generation.
The Oppo Find X8 Ultra was announced with a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, QHD+ resolution (3168 x 1440 pixels resolution), 2160Hz PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 2500 nits.
DCS recently claimed that the upcoming Oppo Find X9 Ultra will only feature a 1.5K resolution. However, an Oppo executive has now denied this particular claim. Unfortunately, the executive of Oppo did not reveal any details about the device.
The upcoming device is expected to come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset and the device will be running on the Android 16 operating system along with multiple AI features.
