The Chinese smartphone brand Oppo is doing some really good job in the Indian market, the company is taking the market of India very seriously and that’s why it opened its R&D centre in the Indian soil. Well, the company is all set to launch a new smartphone in the Indian market and that will be called Oppo K1. The device will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner and more. The popular e-Commerce player of the country, Flipkart teased the device by making a page live on its website and reveals that Oppo will launch the Oppo K1 smartphone in the Indian market on February 6 at 12:00 p.m.
Specification of Oppo K1
The Oppo K1 sports 6.4 inch full HD+ display and has 2340 X 1080 pixels resolution along with a waterdrop like a notch. The smartphone is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 660 processor and paired with 4/6 GB of RAM along with Adreno 512 GPU for the graphical task, the device has 64 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable via micro SD card.
The Oppo K1 rocks dual camera at the back and that is in the combination of 16 megapixel + 2 megapixel with LED flash, and the device also has a 25 megapixel front facing camera for the selfies and video calls. The smartphone also comes with the in-display fingerprint scanner for the security of the users.
For connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and 3.5 mm headphone jack. The device runs on ColourOS 5.2 which is based on Android Oreo 8.1, and we hope that the company will upgrade the device to the latest version of Android i.e. Android 9.0, and the device ships on 3,500 mAh battery.
Having said that, we don’t have the information about the pricing of the device in the Indian market but the device was unveiled in China in last year for the price tag which translates ₹17,000.
