Back in November last year, the popular Chinese smartphone brand Oppo announced its new custom skin ColorOS 7 and the same was also launched in the market of India as well. The company is now rolling out the latest version of the custom skin to its devices and today Oppo has listed a new list of smartphones that will receive the new update this month. List of Oppo smartphones getting ColorOS 7 this month
The company will start rolling out the update with the very popular and innovative Oppo Find X, followed by the Find X Lamborghini Edition, Find X Super Flash Edition, Reno 2, R17, R17 New Year Edition, R17 Pro, R17 Pro New Year Edition, R17 Pro King of Glory Edition, Reno Z, and Reno 2 Z.
Oppo will start rolling out the update from April 13 and the process will be completed by April 25 and that means the software department of the company is going to be very busy for the next couple of days.
Having said that, the company already released the ColorOS 7 for a couple of devices recently and that includes the Oppo Reno along with the Inspiration Edition, Reno 10x Zoom, its FC Barcelona Edition, and the Reno Ace as well as the Gundam Edition.
Coming back to the new list of devices, the company will roll out the new ColorOS 7 update for the Chinese variants only and that means users who live in the region of China will get the update and if you guys didn’t receive the notification then check it manually by heading to the settings app of the device.
Highlighting features of the latest version
It is based on the latest taste of the Android operating system Android 10 and that adds the system-wide dark mode, it also offers a revamped UI, along with customizable icons, improved colour system, and new sound effects. It will also offer a “refined desktop experience”, and there is a new system font called Oppo Sans.
