Oura has officially launched the latest Oura Ring 4 in the markets of India and it is worth mentioning that the device was initially introduced globally in October 2024, and the new smart ring is available in India at over 100 Croma stores and on Amazon.in.
The device is available in Silver and Black variants colour options and the device is priced at ₹28,900. While the premium Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold finishes come with a price tag of ₹39,900. You also need to make payment for a monthly subscription fee of ₹599 to access all the features.

The newly announced Oura Ring 4 tracks over 50 health metrics, including sleep patterns, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), stress levels, blood oxygen levels (SpO₂), and daytime activity. The device also comes with AI-powered insights that will be helping you to understand your health data and make improvements.
It also comes with 18 sensing pathways, which improve accuracy for metrics like HRV and blood oxygen levels. The device features a titanium construction that makes the wearable lightweight, durable, and comfortable. It is water-resistant up to 100 meters and the device comes with up to 8 days of battery life.
