OnePlus has officially announced the new OxygenOS 13 and it is inspired by nature and the company says that the custom skin is featuring Aquamorphic design. It is claimed that the company focuses to offer a bloat-free user interface along with a burden-less experience in the latest OxygenOS 13. It is also claimed that the company has done about 595 improvements in the latest update which means the latest OxygenOS 13 is very much improved than the current OxygenOS 12.
Moreover, the latest OxygenOS 13 is coming with a redesigned UI and the company makes changes in the app icons, notification windows, and widgets. All of them will feature round edges and the task manager will showcase the running apps with a floating effect and this particular effect will also be seen for the widgets and app notifications as well.
The company is also making changes to the always-on display (AOD) with the newly announced OxygenOS 13 and the company has introduced three new AOD user interfaces called Canvas AOD, Insight AOD, and Bitmoji AOD. That’s not all, the smartphone brand has also joins its hand with Spotify to offer the widget of the application to AOD and the same will enable you to simply Switch between tracks and control the music directly from the AOD. The new capability of the new version of the custom skin to access to a “food delivery” AOD mode.
OxygenOS 13 is also coming with improvements to the already having features and that includes an improved Smart Launcher, Zen Mode, and Fast Pair. It is also featuring an updated AI Booster and the same can able to offer 30 percent more fluidity, 20 percent faster app installation, and 10 percent faster app launches. The company has also improved the sidebar window as well and now the same will enable you to quickly view all the apps, tools, and recently used apps for easy access. It is also coming with improved Nearby Share feature as well.
OnePlus has also joined its hands with the search engine giant Google to offer an advanced Android Safety System. OxygenOS 13 will also enable you to authorize the display of pop ups, and you will get more control over notifications from individual applications and this is a feature of the upcoming Android 13.
The company is also offering a virtual lock box with the latest OxygenOS 13 and the same will isolate the files from other apps. The company is also implementing a Spatial Audio feature to the new OxygenOS 13 and it is worth mentioning that this particular feature is already available in Apple and Samsung devices.
