Paytm countries most favourite online app for payments and recharges, seems that it realized about the unfair of charging extra fees for loading wallet from the credit card users. And because of that the company has changed decision and roll back the additional fees setup.
Yesterday Paytm has announced that they will charge 2% additional fees from the credit card users, who load money into the Paytm wallet and the company has taken the decision to prevent misuse of the system. But the company has changed the decision and said that they have decided to roll back the additional fee on credit card users, and they will bring new features to prevent misuse of its system.
According to the post by founder and CEO of Paytm, the company is taken some aggressively steps to defend the credit card and users who tries to trick their system. So, let’s hope the company will not charge any additional fees anymore and give proper service to all the users.
