The Japanese electronics giant Sony unveiled the PlayStation 5 in 2020 but the gaming console had availability issues as the device was not available properly as there was shortage and it happened due to various factors like supply chain issues and more. However, 2023 seems to be promising as the company has now officially confirmed that the shortage problem is now over.
During the ongoing CES 2023, the company revealed that the shortage problem of PlayStation 5 is now over and users can able to to find one unit at retailers globally starting from this point forward. It is also revealed that the company has sold around 30 million units of PlayStation 5.
It is pretty good news for the game lovers and for the market as well. We believe that the supply chain issues and other problems which we faced last year may not come this year.
