Poco Confirmed To Launch Phone On February 4

Since Xiaomi turned Poco as an independent brand, there is a huge hype about the next Poco phone, the company launched its first phone under the wings of Xiaomi in 2018 and that was the most affordable flagship smartphone. However, there was no successor till date. Well, today the company has officially confirmed that the second generation of Poco smartphone will be launched next month.

C Manmohan, the general manager of Poco has shared an image and confirmed that the company will launch its second phone on February 4, 2020, the most interesting fact, the company has changed its naming scheme as the device will not be dubbed as the Poco F2. The company will call it as Poco X2, the confirmation came straight from the official Twitter handle of the general manager.

Unfortunately, he did not revealed any other information about the upcoming device but we are looking forward to hear more information along with teasers in the coming days. Having said that, we expect that the company will launch the devices with a 120 Hz refresh rate as in a recent interview the general manager said that the company is focusing on the high-end features in its devices and the shared image also hints about the smoothness.

Along with that, we can expect that the smartphone will come with the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with 64 megapixel primary camera sensor and we expect that the company will launch the device with the quad rear camera setup and the high resolution front facing camera.
