The device is powered by the Snapdragon 870 mobile processor and it is worth mentioning that the newly announced POCO F4 5G is a slightly rebranded version of the Redmi K40S. The latest POCO F4 5G features a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED display along with a punch hole set up at the centre position of the screen. It is featuring an FHD+ resolution along with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,300 nits peak brightness, and support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It is worth mentioning that the device is also having IP53 certification for water resistance.
Speaking about the camera department, the POCO F4 5G features triple rear cameras and that is in the combination of a 64MP primary lens with OIS support, an 8MP wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the device features a 20MP front facing camera. The device is also featuring a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock for an additional layer of security.
The latest POCO F4 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 870 mobile processor along with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device also features a LiquidCool 2.0 technology that includes a vapour chamber and a 7-layer graphite sheet.
It is housing a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging solution. The device is running on MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out of the box. Regarding the connectivity options, the POCO F4 5G supports 4G, 5G, a USB-C port, 3.5mm jack, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS.
Pricing and availability
The POCO F4 5G with 6GB + 128GB model costs ₹27,999 while the 8GB + 128GB is having a price tag of ₹29,999 and the 8GB + 256GB model carries a price tag of ₹33,999. However, the company is offering the device with an introductory offer, that will bring down the pricing of the models ₹23,999, ₹25,999, and ₹29,999 respectively. It is coming with 2 years of warranty and the device can be purchased from June 27 from Flipkart.
