After all the leaks and rumours, the highly anticipated Poco F5 series is now officially introduced in the market and the company has launched the Poco F5 in the market of India as well. The new Poco F5 and Poco F5 Pro smartphones are rebranded versions of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo and Redmi K60 respectively. So let’s get into the article to check out the complete details.

Both Poco F5 and Poco F5 Pro smartphones are coming with a 6.67-inch 12-bit flexible OLED screen along with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,000 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ support. The vanilla variant is coming with FHD+ resolution while the Poco F5 Pro is having WQHD+. Both phones feature a punch-hole cutout at the centre position of the screen and the device features an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest POCO F5 and F5 Pro feature a triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro unit. The devices are having a 16MP front-facing camera. The smartphone series feature optical and electronic image stabilisation as well.
Under the hood, the POCO F5 is coming with the power of a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC while the Poco F5 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. Both phones are coming with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The devices are also having a liquid cooling vapor chamber for heat dissipation. The latest Poco F5 is coming with a 5000 mAh battery while the Poco F5 Pro is having a 5,160mAh battery. Both devices are coming with 67W fast charging and the Poco F5 Pro is supporting 30W wireless charging. The devices are running on Android 13 out of the box.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone series is supporting USB-C port, 3.5mm jack, IR Blaster, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and 5G. The devices also feature an X-Axis Linear Motor.
In terms of pricing and availability, the POCO F5 is priced at Rs 29,999 and Rs 33,999 for the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB options respectively. It will be available from May 16 in the country.
While the Poco F5 is having a price tag of $379 and $429 for the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants globally. On the other hand, the same RAM and storage configurations of the Poco F5 Pro are priced at $449 and $499 respectively.
