The new Poco F9 Ultra is launched with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile processor along with VisionBoost D8 chipset that offers features including image enhancement, frame interpolation, and Game HDR in supported games. It also comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.
Poco has launched the new Poco F9 Ultra with a 3D IceLoop cooling system, along with a large graphite layer. The device also comes with WildBoost Engine that can adjust performance and power consumption depending on the game. The device comes with up to 185Hz refresh rate and it is said over 20 games can make use of frame rates up to 185fps.
The new Poco F9 Ultra features a 6.9-inch AMOLED screen with 2608 x 1200 pixels resolution, 12-bit color, Dolby Vision, HDR10 Plus, and a DCI-P3 wide color gamut. The device can offer a peak brightness of 10,000 nits in limited HDR areas, and the typical brightness is rated at 850 nits. The screen also supports up to 4,800Hz instant touch sampling in Game Turbo mode.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Poco F9 Ultra features a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera. The telephoto lens offers 5x optical zoom and has a 120mm-equivalent focal length. The device can also record videos at 8K resolution at 30fps and 4K recording at up to 60fps. The device also comes with a 32-megapixel camera that can record in 4K.
