POCO has launched its new 5G enabled smartphone called the POCO M4 Pro 5G and it is actually a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11 that debuted in China last month. The smartphone features 50MP primary sensor, and it is running on Android 11 OS. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset.
Pricing and availability
The device is coming with a price tag of EUR 229 for the 4GB+64GB variant and EUR 249 for the 6GB+128GB model and the sale begins on November 11th in Europe.
Specifications of POCO M4 Pro 5G
The latest POCO M4 Pro 5G features a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and it offers a punch-hole set up on the top of the screen. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset along with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for the graphical task. It is also coming with 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB options.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest POCO M4 Pro 5G features a dual rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 50MP primary camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. It is worth mentioning that the device is the first POCO smartphone with a 50-megapixel camera sensor on the back and the device featuring a large camera module on the back along with the POCO branding. On the front, the device features a 16MP front-facing camera.
The device is having a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support and it runs on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 custom skin out of the box. Regarding the connectivity options, the device supports 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It is also coming with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for the additional layer of security.
Separately, the company has introduced a new variant of the Poco F3. It is coming in a Moonlight Silver colour option and the new colour option will be available in 8GB + 256GB variant.
It will be available with a price tag of EUR 329 starting November 11 in the European market.
