The very popular chipset maker Qualcomm has announced that the company has created a new World Record for sub-6 GHz 5G download speeds with its new Snapdragon X75 5G Modem-RF System and the same is capable to offer an impressive 7.5 Gbps downlink speed which is pretty impressive.
The chipset was announced during the MWC 2023 event and the same is having the power of 300 MHz of spectrum. It is also using 4x carrier aggregation (4xCA) across 4 Time Division Duplexing (TDD) channels in a single downlink connection. Moreover, the modem is also using 1024 quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) and all the same experiment in a 5G standalone (SA) network to achieve a massive speed of 7.5 Gbps.
The company is saying that the power of the Snapdragon X75 will be offering an amazing user experience, faster download speeds, better network handling, efficiency, and more. The modem will be available in the flagship smartphones later this year.
