Qualcomm won against Apple which leads to removal of older models in German stores

After Qualcomm filed a case against Apple to ban sales of some older Apple iPhone models in Germany, Qualcomm won its battle and this injunction bans sales of iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 models in Germany.

Apple uses chipsets from Intel ad Qorvo for the iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and iPhone X model that uses a technique to save battery which is already patented by Qualcomm before. The technology is hardware based in Germany. This triggers Qualcomm to get the foot to District Court of Munich.

The court also orders for monetary damages which will be determined later.  As of now, Apple will remove the three mentioned models from its 15 Retail stores in Germany, while Chinese court is yet to determine the rule as it is expected that Every iPhone models starting from iPhone 6S will be removed from Stores. Let us wait for the official confirmation regarding the next step by Apple.
