Razor is a company known for its gaming laptops, computers, and smartphones. Now the company is bringing finance into the mix. The newly announced Razor Card is a pre-paid card with cashback and a cool light-up feature as a nod to all that RGB setup in their machines.
The Razor Card has been launched in partnership with Visa and is currently in beta with limited users in Singapore. According to the company, only 1337 users can join the test who will be able to use the basic card or u[grade to the premium version. Among them, the Razor Premium Card comes with a logo that lights up yo notify you of a successful transaction. It offers gamified rewards that can be redeemed via the Razor Pay app. In addition, the app is your doorway to a virtual card for online payments and lets you see the transaction details.
Using the Razor Card you are eligible for a 1% cashback on any purchases. In addition, if you’re shopping from a RazorStore or using Razor Gold, you will get a 5% cashback as an incentive. But for the beta-testing phase, they are offering 10% cashback instead of 5%. The company has not put a cap on the spending and cashback amount.
