The company has shared a teaser on its official X handle and confirms that the upcoming Realme 12 Pro series will be official before the end of this month. The company has also confirmed that the smartphone series will be available on Flipkart in the country.
It is also confirmed that the upcoming Realme 12 Pro series of Smartphones will be supporting periscope sensor on the board. The company did not reveal any other details about the upcoming devices but it was previously reported that the Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro Plus will feature a curved-edge AMOLED display along with Full HD+ resolution. The panel will also support 10-bit colors, and the display of both devices will be integrated with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. We believe that both the devices will feature a 120Hz refresh rate.
Realme is believed to launch the upcoming Realme 12 Pro smartphone with a 2.2GHz octa-core mobile processor while the Pro Plus variant will come with a 2.4GHz octa-core mobile processor. The upcoming Realme 12 Pro Plus is expected to feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 mobile processor, as per a recent report. Both devices are expected to be available in RAM options including 6 GB, 8 GB, 12 GB, and 16 GB, and storage options, such as 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.
The upcoming Realme 12 Pro series will run on Android 14 with the Realme UI 5 out of the box and the devices will come with a massive 5,000mAh battery on the board. We believe both devices will be listed on 3C platform soon and that will be offering the fast charging details.
It is also suggesting that the upcoming Realme 12 Pro smartphone could get a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. On the other hand, the Pro Plus variant will come with a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Both devices will feature a 50-megapixel main camera on the back along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The 12 Pro has a 32-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, whereas the Pro Plus variant will feature a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
