After getting a dream run in the Indian market, Realme expanded its business to the homeland – China. The company unveiled its first smartphone with a pop-up camera setup, and the device looks impressive. Well, now the company India Chief – Madhav Sheth reveals that the company will deliver it’s 5G enabled device before India enters into the network.
“We will be launching 5G services much before the operators… we want consumers in India to enter 5G services as such,” Sheth said. However, he did not reveal the actual timeline of the launch.
Speaking about the 5G network, the Indian government will roll out the 5G service by 2020 and the trials will begin for 3 months and that will start next month. Having said that, the trial period may extend for one year, if the operators demand.
