Realme C55 was officially announced in the market of Indonesia a couple of days ago and the device is coming with the mini capsule feature which is similar to the dynamic island which we have on the iPhone 14 Pro models. The Realme C55 will have a pocket friendly price tag and now the company has confirmed the launching date of the device for the market of India. It is officially confirmed that the device will be official in the market of India on March 21. The company did not reveal any clue about the pricing of the device but we believe that Realme C55 will have a price tag below ₹15000 for the base variant.
Specs of Realme C55
The Realme C55 features a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display along with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout at the centre position of the screen. It will respond to various notifications at the company calls the same as Mini Capsule which is similar to the dynamic island of the iPhone 14 Pro models.
The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 mobile processor along with 6GB/8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB/256GB storage that can be expandable using a microSD card. It is running on Android 13 with Realme UI custom skin out of the box and the device is housing a 5,000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
Regarding the connectivity options, the new Realme C55 supports 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C. The device is featuring a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for the additional layer of security.
Speaking about the camera department, the newly announced Realme C55 features a 64MP primary sensor along with a 2MP depth lens on the back. The device is coming with an 8MP front facing camera.
