We are just a couple of hours away from the official announcement of the highly anticipated Realme GT 5 flagship smartphone, as the company will be launching the device tomorrow which means August 28 in the market of China. Realme has already revealed lots of information about the upcoming smartphone and now the company has revealed the details about the primary camera and the connectivity option of the device. Realme has officially confirmed that the upcoming Realme GT 5 smartphone will feature an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera on the back. It is also confirmed that the device will be supporting Wi-Fi 7 connectivity and the device will offer independent antennas for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and that is to prevent cross-interference.
The Chinese smartphone brand has also confirmed that the upcoming Realme GT 5 smartphone will feature an advanced triple-frequency GPS positioning system and the same will be combining three GPS frequencies such as L1, L2, and L5, along with a four-frequency Beidou configuration comprising B1I, B1C, B2a, and B2b signals. It will offer an accurate navigation experience.
It was previously confirmed that the upcoming device will be housing a massive 5240 mAh battery with a 150W fast charging solution. The device is actually believed to come with 2 charging speed variants and the other one will feature a 240W fast charging solution and the same will offer a battery capacity of 4600 mAh.
Realme has joined its hands with BYD Electronics for the ‘Miracle Glass’ which will be available on the back panel of the upcoming device and the same is said to feature curved edges with a large hot forging surface area. The back panel of the upcoming Realme GT 5 smartphone will offer a dual-tone with an elongated rectangular protruding Black color camera module at the top position of the device and the same will be housing two rings on the left side with the upper housing a single sensor and the lower houses two lenses. It is also having text that confirms the support for PDAF and OIS as well as f/1.8G 24mm.
The right side of the camera module features a transparent glass window and the same is having a Snapdragon logo and confirms the presence of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The upcoming Realme GT 5 smartphone will be coming in a Flowing Silver Mirror color.
It is already confirmed that the upcoming device will be offering 2 hours of battery life with a charge of 30 seconds and the upcoming smartphone will be coming with a Superframe Solo Chip X7 display chip and the same is developed by Pixelworks to control the video quality.

The front panel of the upcoming device recently appeared online with thin bezels around the screen and the device is having a punch-hole set up at the centre position of the screen.
