Realme 12 series is confirmed to come with a Periscope sensor but the company did not reveal any other information about the same. On the other hand, it is confirmed that the upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro smartphone will come with the 50MP Sony IMX890 periscope telephoto lens with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) support.
Realme has also confirmed that the flagship smartphone will be capable of offering up to 2.7x Optical Zoom and up to 120x overall zoom as well.
The upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor at its heart and the device will be running on the Android 14 operating system out of the box.
